Microsoft’s New Commerce Experience is a major risk for the channel

The NCE is Microsoft’s new purchasing mechanism, much like Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), but with some key differences. Its roll-out comes at the same time as an average price rise of 15% on all Microsoft 365 products, as well as a 20% increase for those wishing to buy licenses on a monthly basis. It represents one of the biggest shifts in Microsoft’s already tense relationship with its channel ecosystem and has drawn significant ire from partners around the world.
