Qualification criteria

1. You must be employed by an authorized channel partner of a recognized major ICT hardware or software vendor.
2. The site is open to employees of any channel partner worldwide.
3. Verification will be by via your e-mail address, whose domain must be registered with your employer (i.e. applications from public e-mail addresses from Google, Hotmail, Yahoo! etc. will be rejected)
4. Your e-mail address will periodically be tested for continued validity. If you change employment to another channel partner you must update your profile to remain registered and to retain your existing points balance.
5. For the purposes of Candefero, a channel partner is defined as having an annual global turnover of less than $500 million (or equivalent). Employees from larger companies will not normally be given access to Candefero. An exception applies to employees of authorized distributors/wholesalers of recognized vendors, who are welcome to participate.
6. Candefero is owned by Canalys, which retains all rights to change these qualification criteria, and any other aspect of Candefero, at any time.

Emerging technology vendors

Candefero is a unique community designed for authorized channel partners of the IT and telecommunications industry. Candefero allows channel partners to access latest industry market data from Canalys, share their experiences with their peers and tell vendors how they are doing and so help them make better channel decisions.

Emerging technology vendors can join Candefero too, subject to qualification criteria. Basic level access is provided free-of-charge and is complimented by a range of premium services. Emerging vendors join Candefero to:

• Promote their company to the IT channel, and recruit new partners
• Learn the challenges faced by the channel, and what they expect from their suppliers
• Download and buy the latest reports and market data from Canalys, the leading channel centric IT firm.
